Summer Holidays - Child Policy Reminder

During the summer holiday period, we understand many of you may bring children to classes. While we love seeing our younger members, please ensure your children are supervised at all times for their safety and be considerate of other members of the class.
If the weather is nice and we’re outside, there isn’t a problem as there is space for them to play. However, if its rainy and we’re inside, I do need to keep an eye on the amount of people in the room as there is a maximum capacity.
For safety reasons, children are not allowed on the gym floor whilst we are lifting weights, and excessive noise can be disruptive for other members of the class. Babies are fine, but if you think your school age child wouldn’t be able to sit at the side and watch (feel free to bring screens and snacks!) then it might be better to leave them with your other half and enjoy a little peace to yourself!
Thanks for understanding team! x
